Rent the Hall on Hammerly
The Hall on Hammerly is a simple and affordable reception or conference facility for events of 250 or less guests. We are a small facility; therefore, we can give you the special attention that you want and deserve.
Reserving a date for the event requires a 50% deposit of the rental fee (non-refundable). The balance is due 30 days prior to the event. A security deposit for clean-up and damages in the amount of $300.00 is required, which is refundable after inspection of the facilities within four business days after the event.
We will provide tables and chairs, and for an additional fee, we can also provide the tablecloths. Decorations are welcome, and must be done one hour before the event. Also, clean up must be completed one hour after the event. We do not permit the use of nails, staples or tape in the decoration process. We do not have kitchen facilities, but we will provide a space for your caterer to work. The hall is a non-smoking facility.
We have ample parking.

$700.00 Four hours for the event plus one hour for setup and one hour for clean-up.

$240.00 Security Fee: Two police officers are required for parties over 50 guests or if any alcohol is going to be served.
